About Us

Welcome to Morin Choinière online boutique. All our products are available online. Morin Choinière is a craft shop. All of our products are  handmade in our studio in Montréal, Canada. All the prices shown are in Canadian Dollars.

Applicable sale taxes will be added to your basket when you complete your purchase. Custom fees and duties, if applicable, are the responsability of the client from the United States. We only accept Paypal payments.

Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are not included in the price of the products. These fees vary depending on the client’s delivery address and the number of ordered items. All our products are shipped via Canada Post. An email will be sent as soon as the shipping process is underway. A tracking number will be available to check the delivery status of your order.

Cancellation and Exchange Policy

The materials used in our products may present colour and finish variations which are normal in our field of work. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged or reimbursed on this basis. Cancellation of an order will be accepted only if it is requested before the shipping of the item. Otherwise, no return or reimbursement will be possible unless there is breakage. In such a case, we will require in the 48 hours following the receipt of the parcel: 1. A detailed explanation of the breakage. 2. Pictures of the item. 3. The order number. If we determine that the breakage is our responsability or that of the postal service, Morin Choinière will replace the item at no fee to the customer.

N.B. Morin Choinière Montréal inc. reserves the rights to modify anytime the prices of its products and of its shipping fees.
